Qualifications: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, CrossFit Adaptive Trainer Pre and Post Natal Exercise Design.
Andrew is an active athlete with experience training and competing at national and international levels for Rugby and Rowing. He has also completed a number of multi day endurance cycle races and challenges and has competed at both windsurfing and stand up paddle boarding.
Training Approach: “I like to train the whole body to perform natural and functional movements that increase both strength and mobility. Focusing on balance and mobility as part of a training program are essential to minimize risk of injury and improve both strength and endurance as you reach new levels of fitness.”
Rates: $70 per hour for a single session and $60 per hour when booked in blocks of 4 or 8.
